How It Works
Homeownerful has developed a comprehensive process to assist you with procuring quality work for your home.
-Step One-
Identify & Submit
When you identify your project, you simply fill out a request on our website tab "Submit Request".
We'll get back to you no later than 24 hours.
-Step Two-
Bidding Process
Once we receive your request, a Homeownerful Professional will be assigned to you. They may ask for additional information or photos, depending on your project's complexity. Homeownerful will then create a detailed bid and specification package and share it with local contractors. Some contractors may need to visit your home, and Homeownerful will work with you to coordinate these visits. Once bids are received, Homeownerful will present the options to you and help you choose the right contractors, materials, designers, and consultants to ensure your project's success and most importantly - cost effective.
-Step Three-
Fulfillment
If you select to move forward with the project, your contract will still be with the contractor directly as typical.
Homeownerful will be there with you every step of the way during the project to assist with scheduling, project coordination, ensuring quality, and helping with any questions that may arise.
Pricing
Homeownerful was founded under the principle of making homeowners lives easier - not more difficult, therefore we developed a transparent pricing structure for our services based on the estimated total cost of your project.​​ Our pricing structure is only $30 per $1,000 of Estimated Project Cost.​
